What we collect
- Account data — your name, email, tenant assignment, and encrypted password.
- Operational data — jobs, contacts, purchase orders, bills, schedules, documents, and other records you create in TEEEM.
- Integration data — information synced from third-party services you connect (Xero accounting, Microsoft 365 email/SharePoint, ABR company registry).
- Usage data — login times, actions performed, and error logs for troubleshooting.
TEEEM Mobile (iOS app)
The TEEEM Mobile app for iPhone and iPad collects the following data types, all linked to your TEEEM user account:
- Contact Info — name, email address, and phone number (used for sign-in and your TEEEM user profile).
- Precise Location — GPS coordinates attached to photos you capture in the app, so they can be tagged to the correct job site. Location is requested only when you take a photo. We do not track your location in the background.
- Photos and Videos — images you capture or upload through the app, attached to jobs, tasks, or contact records you choose.
- Diagnostics — crash logs, performance data, and other diagnostic data used solely to improve app stability and fix bugs. Not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
We do not track you. The TEEEM Mobile app does not use your data for advertising, does not share your data with third-party advertisers, and does not use the App Tracking Transparency framework.
How we use it
Solely to provide the TEEEM service to your tenant. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond the integrations you explicitly configure.
Where it is stored
Production data is hosted in Australia. Documents are stored in your chosen provider (SharePoint, S3-compatible object storage, or local filesystem). See Settings → Connections for the configuration specific to your tenant.
Tenant isolation
TEEEM enforces strict tenant scoping. Data from one tenant is not visible to users of another tenant. API endpoints filter every query by your tenant, and integration credentials are scoped per tenant.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from your tenant admin tools. To request a full data export or account deletion, contact support@teeem.com.au.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Integration tokens are encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS.
